Only scheduled this page about 12 hours beforehand, once again from Sri Lanka after our planned two power cuts a day for a total of three hours of outages a day.

The pages for the next few weeks are already set to release on Patreon for everyone, so you can always check there just in case I forget here.

This week's Exiern update is via London in the UK.

I haven't had time to restore more of the archive at the moment but hope to get back to it soon, not too much more to go fortunately!

More news soon, I hope!

More detail here but the key thing is that we've lost all of our Exiern websites somehow.

We shall keep you all updated with posts open to everyone (Patreon subscriber or not) or our Twitter account so you can keep eye for updates and news there! (Links below!)

Thanks for all your patience and support!

Apologies for all the interruptions!

Art by Luis XIII

Story and lettering by Scott T. Hicken

Also we promise we'll fix the archives soon as we have free time available to upload again all the preceding story pages!

Patreon - the next four pages are up on Patreon now and it will be five by tomorrow!

Yes, but at least those particular assholes are on notice that he's aware that they are assholes like them and they won't have his blind trust.

That said, I'm still not convinced that they are necessarily better suited to advise than the king's trusted comrades. There have certainly been plenty of kings who've had trusted comrades who turned out to be assholes like them as well. But he seems to have been better at choosing his friends than most. I mean, OK, sure, there's Faden, but nobody's perfect.

I would in any event be far more interested in advice from people who I can trust than I am in advice from people who know everything but want to destroy or control me.

Well, we still don't what was going on with Faden, and why he was attempting to sacrifice his old friends daughter

Well, at least their first counsel given in formal capacity, is an accurate one.
